We are seeking ambitious, money motivated, driven people to join our collaborative, inclusive, supportive and friendly team with a sprinkling of competitiveness. You won’t need previous recruitment experience but you must be hard working, resilient and have a burning desire to succeed. Responsibilities

  • Focus on managing the entire candidate recruitment process from initial screening through to offer and onboarding, while picking up leads and referrals
  • As you develop, contribute to developing new business and managing client relationships
  • Typical day includes handling applications, booking interviews, headhunting, and negotiating terms with clients
  • Spend the majority of your day creating and building relationships and facilitating the recruitment process between candidates and clients
  • Once established, opportunities to visit new and existing clients and contribute to the growth and success of April Quest

Requirements / Qualities

  • Have a sense of urgency and a strong work ethic
  • Develop new business and be willing to work outside of your comfort zone
