Pitfodels Wood is our brand new 65-bed, luxury care home located in Aberdeen's prestigious Pitfodels Conservation Area in the city's sought-after West End. Combining five-star hospitality with high-quality, person-centred care, we are setting a new benchmark for care in the North East.

Joining our team as a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering clinical excellence through an evidence-based, personalised approach to care. Through your leadership, expertise, and commitment to best practice, you will ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while maintaining our values-driven approach.

Combining your clinical expertise with compassionate leadership, you will inspire, support and oversee the care team, leading the delivery of first-class person-centred care for the residents of Pitfodels Wood.

What we are looking for

  • You will be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RLDN) with active NMC registration and proven experience within a care home setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and values driven.
  • Understanding of Scottish regulatory frameworks.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
  • Professional, compassionate and motivated - you'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
  • Organised, flexible in your approach and have great communication skills.
