Pitchero is a leading digital technology provider for amateur and semi-professional sports clubs. We provide a range of award-winning services, including club management software, payment processing, mobile apps, GPS player hardware and community lotteries. Our mission is to build innovative technology that supports sports clubs, teams, and players worldwide.

As a Fundraising Account Manager, your mission is simple: help grassroots sports clubs raise vital funds through our innovative club Lottery platform. You’ll work closely with club volunteers and committees across the UK, acting as their coach, mentor, and cheerleader as they launch and grow their club lottery. This is not about cold selling — it’s about working with existing clients to build strong, lasting relationships and giving clubs the tools, confidence, and motivation to succeed.

You’ll deliver engaging demos, answer questions with clarity, and provide ongoing support that makes a tangible difference to community sport. Every club you work with will rely on your enthusiasm and expertise to inspire their fundraising efforts. Their success is your success — whether it’s helping a rugby club fund new kit, enabling a football club to invest in facilities, or supporting volunteers to feel confident in promoting their lottery.

If you thrive on seeing others achieve their goals and want a role where your energy and guidance directly impacts the future of grassroots sport, this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with grassroots sports clubs across the UK
  • Guide club staff and volunteers through setting up their lottery
  • Deliver engaging demos and answer questions from potential lottery affiliates
  • Provide practical fundraising advice, helping clubs create action plans and grow ticket sales
  • Act as a coach and mentor to clubs, giving them confidence to succeed
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns, content, and social media activity
  • Host webinars to provide training and inspiration
  • Use our CRM to manage account outreach and organise tasks
  • Share updates, insights, and success stories with the wider team

A people person who can build rapport quickly and genuinely. Enthusiastic and positive, with a passion for grassroots sport and community impact. Strong communicator and presenter, confident running demos and webinars. Organised, proactive, and able to support multiple clubs at once. Empathetic and supportive — able to understand the challenges volunteers face.

Experience in fundraising, sport development, community engagement, or account management is a bonus — but the right attitude and passion matter most.

£30,000 salary, OTE £40,000. Healthcare package. Free on-site parking. Support and training provided. 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home. The chance to make a genuine difference in grassroots sport.
