Pitchero is a rapidly growing digital platform, at the heart of grassroots sports, who’s technology helps clubs and communities thrive.

The all-in-one platform helps run sports clubs, combining website, registration, payments, team management and club comms - saving volunteers hours and boosting club revenue.

Pitchero also operate Pitchero GPS – a GPS Player Tracker that records your training and match-day activity, compares your core metrics, and helps to achieve optimal performance.

We are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our Leeds office.

We are a high-growth scale-up where sport and technology collide.

The office is based on the outskirts of Leeds and has good transport links via the motorway.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind client retention and growth.

You will deliver a flawless customer journey, working as the bridge between our clients and our sales division.

Act as the primary point of contact for existing clubs, building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.

Proactively monitor client health and usage data to ensure they are getting the absolute best from the software.

Work with clubs to move their entire workflow, from player registration to digital payments, onto the platform.

By ensuring the software is the central nervous system of the club, you will drive world-class retention rates, making Pitchero a permanent fixture of their success.

You have the ability to quickly gain the confidence of a high-performing sales team and can articulate complex software solutions simply.

You can grasp new concepts quickly and find creative solutions to customer challenges on the fly.

You have a background in Saa S (Software as a Service), either in Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding.

You are sports-minded and understand the unique environment of amateur and semi-professional sports clubs.
