Our platform empowers sales teams across industries—Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Financial Services—to drive customer engagement, increase sales efficiency, and unlock business value. We are revolutionizing how sales teams interact with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms.
This role is based in the UK and goes beyond traditional outbound: you’ll use AI tools, ABM insights, and modern prospecting techniques to identify the right accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and generate high-quality meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to turn intelligence, intent signals, and market insights into meaningful pipeline—moving fast, with big impact.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify high-value accounts using ABM platforms, intent data, and AI-driven insights
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social, video, and AI-assisted messaging)
- Leverage tools to accelerate workflow, personalize outreach, and increase engagement efficiency
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads quickly and accurately
- Book high-quality meetings and discovery calls between prospects and the sales team
- Tailor messaging to personas and industry segments using target accounts, ABM insights, and competitive intelligence
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and outbound plays
- Use CRM and sales engagement tools to update, track, and optimize pipeline progression
- Provide feedback to Marketing on campaign performance, content needs, and account readiness
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments
- Represent Pitcher at events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate demand
- 1–3 years in sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment
- Sales Enablement background is a plus
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to quickly understand prospect pain points
- Confidence in tailoring messaging to different personas and industry verticals
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ABM tools, Dialers, Clay, or similar) to improve workflow and personalise outreach
- Exposure to ABM and intent tools is a strong advantage
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
- Self-motivated, yet highly team-oriented — understands that individual success is amplified when the whole team wins.
