About the Role:
The Data Operations team plays a crucial role in providing high-quality data to our clients. Members are responsible for managing data accuracy, building relationships with industry contacts, and collaborating across departments to improve processes. Initial training focuses on our Research Tool Suite and outreach tools, with responsibilities including outreach via email and phone to contacts within our datasets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop proficiency in key data areas such as private equity, venture capital, M&A, or institutional investors.
- Ensure data quality through audits and research methodologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to gather and verify data.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with internal teams to improve data processes.
- Utilize PowerBI reports to identify systemic issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience.
- Fluency in French.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Interest in financial markets, private equity, or venture capital.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
