  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs that support both new hires and tenured employees in building foundational knowledge and advancing skills over time.
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training aligned to curriculum standards, learning objectives, and adult learning best practices.
  • Apply a clear understanding of the learner profile (experience level, tenure, region, and business context) to adapt facilitation approach and instructional emphasis.
  • Create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, discussion, and practical application.
  • Adapt facilitation approach to regional, cultural, and audience contexts while maintaining global program standards.
  • Manage multi-session or cohort-based training programs with consistent cadence, applying advanced facilitation techniques to sustain engagement and learning transfer.
  • Partner with Learning Operations and Program Managers to plan, execute, and adapt training delivery for the Commercial organization on a regular cadence.
  • Support implementation planning by coordinating timelines, logistics, materials, and delivery requirements for training programs.
  • Manage and maintain assigned training materials, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned to defined learning objectives.
  • Recommend and contribute to iterative updates to training materials and delivery methods based on learner feedback, facilitation observations, performance signals, and stakeholder input.
  • Partner with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to implement approved updates and improvements to training content and assets.
  • Track and report on training program effectiveness using defined indicators such as learner engagement, feedback, completion, and observable learning outcomes.
  • Contribute insights on facilitator effectiveness based on session observations, learner feedback, and delivery consistency.
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting processes as part of ongoing program evaluation.
  • Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities, learner needs, and contextual factors that inform training design and delivery.
  • Partner with first-line managers and local leaders to understand team-level skill gaps, performance expectations, and regional nuances, using these insights to shape upskilling approaches.
  • Engage learners and managers through structured and informal feedback mechanisms, including Voice of Customer (VoC) reviews, session debriefs, and post-training follow-ups.
  • Shadow teams and observe workflows to deepen understanding of learner context and real-world application of skills.
  • Translate learner, manager, and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations for training improvement.
  • Balance multiple stakeholder perspectives while advocating for training approaches grounded in learner needs, data, and adult learning best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships that support shared ownership of training outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
