So, what are they looking for?

As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in the project management and organisation of running the postproduction studio, working closely with the Project Director to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and the fulfilment of all asset deliverables from conception to delivery. You will be exposed to all aspects of the postproduction process including CGI, retouching, creative development, supporting location production, updates, comms, and much much more!

This role will focus on one of the agency’s flagship clients positioned in the consumer retail space so they’re ideally looking for someone who’s had experience in this sector., + Working in partnership with Assistant Producers to traffic retouching and CGI workload through its stages through the business and via stakeholders against its gateways.

  • Overseeing department workflow to ensure that jobs are delivered within budget, on time and to agreed artistic and technical standards.

  • Diary management and scheduling of multiple postproduction requirements concurrently.

  • Gatekeeper of overall production deliverables.

  • Effective communication and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve. The agency runs a fast-paced, high volume environment delivering big projects on small timelines.
