Reporting to the Director of Media Rights & Sales, this pivotal and varied role involves working across the sales process for all properties within the Media Rights team portfolio. The role forms a crucial part in facilitating and maintaining operational excellence within the Media Rights division and is responsible for the day-to-day efficient and timely communication and delivery of services to rightsholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of all Media Rights properties.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to gather all relevant sales information, marketing materials, and broadcast plans.
- Coordinate with the Designers to produce and update sales materials for Pitch properties.
- Develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures & operational documents, including but not limited to Where to Watch, Distribution Statements, Taker’s Lists, Broadcaster Infographics, Approval Forms, Broadcast and Technical Reports.
- Coordinate and monitor all Sales team meetings with action tracking.
- Ensure the flow of key information around both the Media Rights and support teams, including but not limited to, updates on fixtures and KO times, and sales materials.
- Account management support, including but not limited to key football, rugby and tennis properties.
- Ad hoc support across new business leads/projects.
- Assist with the management of the Archive and clipping of footage when required.
- Assist Director of Sales where required in sales approaches.
