We’re supporting a market-leading leisure and travel brand operating across major European destination cities. The business is entering a significant phase of transformation, and the CFO is strengthening the finance leadership team to support the next stage of scale and value creation. The VP Finance will own Group financial control, reporting integrity, treasury governance and finance transformation across a multi-jurisdictional platform.
Key focus areas:
- Own Group consolidation, monthly close and reporting integrity
- Maintain IFRS-compliant reporting across multiple territories
- Lead external audit and strengthen the balance sheet control environment
- Drive disciplined cash, liquidity and working capital management
- Support funding, banking and covenant governance
- Lead ERP implementation and finance process standardisation
- Improve automation, data governance and reporting infrastructure
- Develop and scale international finance teams
- Partner with the CFO and FP&A leadership to enhance performance visibility
About you:
- Group Financial Control leadership experience in a multi-site, ideally PE-backed business
- Strong technical accounting and controls background
- Experience leading finance transformation or ERP programmes
- Comfortable operating in international, change-driven environments
- Influential communicator with a pragmatic, hands‑on style
