We’re supporting a market-leading leisure and travel brand operating across major European destination cities. The business is undergoing strategic transformation, and the CFO is building a best-in-class finance function to support the next phase of growth. The Head of FP&A will sit at the centre of this journey — owning planning, performance insight, investment analysis, and data‑driven decision support across the Group.
Key focus areas:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modelling
- Own cash forecasting and consolidated Group planning
- Deliver clear performance insight to leadership, Board, and investors
- Support pricing, occupancy, and commercial strategy decisions
- Evaluate ROI on capital projects, new sites, and strategic initiatives
- Build scalable BI dashboards, reporting automation, and data quality
- Develop and lead a growing FP&A analyst team
About you:
- FP&A leadership experience in a multi‑site, ideally PE‑backed environment
- Strong commercial modelling and decision‑support capability
- Comfortable building reporting frameworks and BI tools (Power BI or similar)
- Deep understanding of operational KPIs within leisure, retail, or hospitality
- Able to translate complex data into clear, engaging insight
