We’re delighted to be supporting this fantastic software business as their exclusive recruitment partner at a time when they’re looking to grow and diversify into new markets. The Paid Search & Digital Executive will take responsibility for driving the company's digital marketing initiatives, focusing on paid search and web optimisation to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition through paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website management: build landing pages in WordPress Elementor across three websites.
  • Management of SEO best practice including keyword research and UX onsite.
  • Effective communication of the value proposition, products and services through digital channels.
  • Build paid search campaigns in Google and across paid social channels: Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and YouTube.
  • Monitor site performance and metrics utilising analytics and reporting tools; GA4, Google Data Studio etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • You’ll understand the digital marketing landscape and have experience of lead generation within a digital role across all channels.
  • Your hands-on expertise will be in PPC and paid social; Google AdWords, Meta and LinkedIn essential with experience in other channels an advantage.
  • You’ll have set up campaigns and landing pages, managed paid budgets, bidding and keyword research and have a strong understanding of UX once on the page.
  • You’ll be able to make improvements quickly, have excellent communication skills and be a strong project manager.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot would be advantageous.
