We’re delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of our favourite full-service marketing agencies to recruit a talented Social Media Manager for a maternity cover contract of at least 12 months. This is a full-time role, though a four-day working week may be considered for the right candidate.
This award-winning agency lives and breathes creativity. They collaborate with an exciting mix of B2B and consumer brands — from well-known national names to ambitious challenger brands — delivering impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that exceed expectations.
Culture is at the heart of everything they do: no egos, no silos, just a collaborative, supportive team who genuinely love what they do. Every voice is valued and great ideas are encouraged from day one.
As their social media lead, you’ll be the driving force behind the social strategy and content for one of the agency’s flagship clients, along with a few other exciting brands. Every day will bring new challenges and creative opportunities, including:
- Developing and delivering scroll-stopping social media content that inspires engagement and drives results.
- Building and managing content calendars and campaigns that tell stories, spark conversations, and bring brands to life.
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal creative teams to plan, execute, and refine social activity across major platforms.
- Monitoring performance metrics, analysing insights, and continually optimising campaigns for maximum impact.
In short, you’ll live and breathe social media — turning strategy into compelling, results-driven content.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience managing and growing social media channels, ideally within an agency environment (though this isn’t essential).
- Brings creativity, curiosity, and a passion for crafting engaging digital content.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects.
- Is organised, proactive, and a genuinely positive team player.
Please note: Due to the agency’s rural location, a full driving licence and access to a car are required.
If you’re ready to bring your social media expertise and creativity to a team that values collaboration, ideas, and great energy — we’d love to hear from you.
