This is a great role for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys juggling multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll take ownership of a range of large-scale programmes, keeping projects on track, managing expectations and ensuring a high standard of delivery throughout.
The Role- Manage complex client projects from kick-off through to completion.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, resources and key milestones.
- Keep projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Identify potential issues early and put plans in place to avoid delays.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Create and improve project processes and ways of working.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvements across project delivery and operations.
We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, and able to keep projects on track even when plans change.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience managing projects in a client-facing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- A structured and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar.
Projects are delivered across the UK and occasionally internationally, so some travel will be required.
