Overview

We’re exclusively partnering with a leading full-service agency as they continue their growth journey, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to join their talented and passionate team. This role is based in Birmingham with 3 days per week onsite.

The agency works across both B2B and consumer sectors, delivering creative, results-driven campaigns that connect with audiences. This role will see you working on a flagship consumer client, leading integrated marketing activity across digital and traditional platforms.

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in the client services team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and managing campaign activity for one high-profile consumer brand
• Collaborating with strategists and senior stakeholders to shape campaign direction
• Briefing and working closely with in-house creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life
• Overseeing delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• An experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager experienced working on integrated campaigns
• Comfortable owning client relationships and managing end-to-end campaign delivery
• A confident and creative thinker who isn’t afraid to push boundaries
• Automotive experience (in house or agency side) would be a huge bonus!
