Pitch is proud to be partnering with a specialist Warwickshire-based digital marketing agency that is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of maternity leave.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of well-known, household-name clients, alongside a talented team of digital specialists. The business operates a flexible hybrid model, with two days per week in the office.

The Role

As SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and delivery across multiple clients, acting as the technical SEO lead while managing and developing a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of SEO specialists
  • Developing and delivering effective SEO strategies for new and existing clients
  • Acting as the technical SEO expert, supported by a strong Content Lead
  • Conducting SEO audits, performance reviews, and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Working directly with clients as their day-to-day SEO contact
  • Sharing best practice, testing new techniques, and driving continual improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong experience in technical SEO, with the ability to audit, analyse, and strategise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal teams
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering outstanding results
