Impressive Warwickshire-based team is looking for an experienced Producer to join their wildly successful team on a 12-month contract.

Based in an incredible office this fantastic agency has a portfolio of large household names. They’ve been delivering high-quality creative for nearly 30 years and the brands simply can’t get enough of their award-winning work.

So, what are they looking for?

As a Producer, you'll play a key role in the project management and organisation of the postproduction studio, working closely with the Project Director to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and the fulfillment of all asset deliverables from conception to delivery. You will be exposed to all aspects of the postproduction process including CGI, retouching, creative development, supporting location production, updates, comms, and much much more!

This role will focus on one of the agency’s flagship clients positioned in the consumer retail space so they’re ideally looking for someone who’s had experience in this sector.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Working in partnership with Assistant Producers to traffic retouching and CGI workload through its stages through the business and via stakeholders against its gateways.

+ Overseeing department workflow to ensure that jobs are delivered within budget, on time, and to agreed artistic and technical standards.

+ Diary management and scheduling of multiple postproduction requirements concurrently.

+ Gatekeeper of overall production deliverables.

+ Effective communication and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve. The agency runs a fast-paced, high volume environment delivering big projects on small timelines.

Because of this, they need everyone to be on the same page, focused on delivering the work for the client on time and on budget with minimal hiccups along the way.

To be considered you’ll need:

+ A project management-focused background.

+ An ability to focus on the job at hand, pull the right people together, and communicate effectively.

+ An agency background or similar would be beneficial but isn’t necessary.

+ Any exposure to photography and production would also be a massive benefit.
