We’re proud to be working with a multi-award-winning integrated marketing agency, based in Warwickshire. Following a series of exciting client wins and continued organic expansion, the team is on the lookout for a Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic and collaborative digital team.
This role offers the chance to work across a diverse client portfolio within B2C and B2B sectors, managing end-to-end paid media campaigns that span across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping strategy, launching campaigns, reporting on performance, and driving tangible results.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and build tailored paid media strategies that align with their goals.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on performance.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions. Create clear, insightful reports with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
- Client Communication: Be the point of contact for client updates and campaign feedback. You’ll build trusted relationships and confidently present insights and performance updates.
- Collaboration: Work alongside content creators, designers, SEO, and PR teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are aligned with campaign goals.
- Innovation & Testing: Keep up to date with industry trends and platform changes. Continuously test and iterate on creative, targeting, and formats to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Previous hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, particularly across Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A solid understanding of campaign measurement, data interpretation, and platform-specific performance metrics.
- Comfortable with ad copywriting and briefing designers to produce high-performing creative assets.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to budgets and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and confidence in presenting to clients.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
