We are delighted to be supporting an award-winning tech business based in Birmingham as they look to recruit a Digital Campaign Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys delivering multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results, with a strong focus on building automations and workflows in HubSpot.
You’ll work closely with other channels to execute and optimise campaigns that generate engagement and high-quality leads. This role would suit someone who is confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What will you be doing?
- Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, search, and events.
- Build and segment audiences to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns.
- Manage and optimise CRM activity using HubSpot adopting a test and learn methodology.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign messaging and supporting content.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to continuously optimise results.
- Support the delivery and promotion of events as part of wider campaign strategies.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and provide clear updates on campaign performance.
- Produce regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
What experience do you need?
- B2B lead generation experience, ideally within a services-led business.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, workflow build and reporting.
- Knowledge of paid media channels – hands on or where you have built into an integrated campaign and delivered through agency or wide internal team.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimisation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be able to demonstrate impact through the campaigns you’ve built, be outputs focused and commercially minded and have longevity in your previous roles.
