Nottingham or Manchester (2–3 days a week onsite)

Pitch is excited to be partnering with one of the Midlands’ leading digital agencies to find a talented SEO pro to join their brilliantly skilled (and genuinely lovely!) team.

Based in either Nottingham or Manchester, you’ll be stepping into an agency with an exceptional reputation, an impressive mix of B2B and consumer clients, and a culture built around collaboration, quality and championing great people.

With hybrid working (1–3 days onsite per week, depending on your location) and a team that truly supports your growth, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a diverse client portfolio, supporting clients with SEO strategy, delivery and performance.
  • Completing full SEO audits and competitor analysis, transforming insights into actionable, results-driven proposals.
  • Developing and deliver Seo optimised content strategies.
  • Advising on website architecture and design, crawl errors, internal linking, URL structures, page speed, Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.
  • Troubleshooting crawling and indexing issues.
  • Partnering with developers and internal teams to implement your technical recommendations.
  • Guiding and supporting smooth, SEO-friendly website migration projects.
  • Monitoring performance, providing clear reporting and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience in an SEO role , with an understanding of content and technical SEO best practice, with the ability to be hands on across the board.
  • Is a true SEO expert with deep technical knowledge and an understanding of how SEO and AI / GEO fit into wider search and content strategies.
  • Thrives in a varied role and enjoys juggling multiple projects.
