To support the next phase of the business growth, the company is seeking a talented Head of Ecommerce to join its expanding team and take ownership of its online strategy.

With a team of digital specialists already in place, alongside agency support, they are now looking for a skilled leader to evolve their digital function and drive the transition towards bringing more activity in-house. In this role, you'll work closely with the Director to shape the next stage of the brand's growth, developing and delivering digital strategies that achieve ambitious online objectives. You'll be the go-to expert for all things digital, staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and market developments.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record as a digital marketing leader, with hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.
  • Practical experience managing paid media activity, including PPC and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop an established digital team.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with an insight-led approach and a passion for using data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels, from junior team members through to board-level stakeholders.
