Role and responsibilities

To support the next phase of their development, they’re seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their impressive marketing division and take the lead on their online strategy. If successful, you’ll be joining a first-class team of digital specialists, web developers, brand pros, and creatives all at your fingertips. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to shape the next stage of the brand’s growth, developing and delivering digital strategies that achieve real-time online goals. You’ll be the go-to expert in all things digital, staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record as a digital marketer with hands-on experience across multiple channels.
  • Practical experience with paid media, including PPC and paid social.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to inspire, mentor, and develop the existing digital team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an insight-led mindset and passion for using data and market trends to shape digital strategy.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels — from junior team members through to the board.
