We’re working with a highly regarded retail design agency that specialises in creating immersive brand environments across physical retail spaces. Due to continued growth and new client wins, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their close-knit and ambitious team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in a retail design agency or brand/VM environment who has a genuine interest in retail design and enjoys working with high profile brands, managing creative projects from concept through to delivery.

The Role: You’ll act as the primary link between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a super high standard. Projects range from store designs and pop-ups to concessions and shop-in-shops, offering real variety and creative exposure. The role is based at a Midlands HQ, with a 4 days in-office / 1 day remote working pattern and you may also have the opportunity to travel across Europe if that’s something you’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Manage multiple retail design projects from brief to delivery
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for your colleagues to bring to life
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality creative work
  • Maintain clarity, pace, and direction across fast-moving projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a retail agency or in house brand / VM roles
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
  • A team player who wants to work collaboratively in a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
