Overview: Incredible opportunity for a senior media professional to join an awesome independent media agency for a 12-month contract. Based in Warwickshire, the agency operates a flexible working pattern and would require this person in office 1 day/week. The key client is based in London, so you’d need to be able to get to both of these locations on a semi-regular basis.
The role: As the Client Strategy Director, you’ll play an essential role in creating and executing impactful strategies for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll drive the development of comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals, manage budget forecasts, and foster growth within your team.
Responsibilities:
- Setting all aspects of our media strategy, leading the client servicing team, identifying key media trends, and integrating the latest media technologies into our overall business strategy.
- Developing strategic relationships with media partners.
- Design and guide full-funnel media plans and recommendations, ensuring strategies align with clients’ brand vision and objectives.
- Use past performance data and advanced planning tools to refine and strengthen strategies.
- Seek growth opportunities that drive profitability through strong fiscal management and strategic insight.
- Serve as a trusted contact for clients, building relationships, deepening your understanding of their business, and proactively identifying opportunities.
- Mentor and support a wider team fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and agility.
To be considered you will need a strong media agency background and an ability to straddle strategic media plans, client services, creative thinking, commercial planning, and team management. The role will require a confident, curious and commercial individual who can join the team and quite literally hit the ground running.
