Pitch is supporting a fantastic financial services business in a period of growth as they look to recruit a CRM Executive into their team. As a data-led business, marketing is at the heart of what they do and, in this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers.
Experience and skills needed to be successful:
- Previous experience in a CRM role.
- Knowledge of building customer journeys and hands-on experience of writing workflows.
- Ideally, you will have used the Adobe tech stack, with Adobe Journey Optimiser being key.
- A strong commercial and data-focused approach is essential.
- Ideally some experience within the financial services sector would be beneficial, but any other relevant sectors where you have worked within large CRM systems will be considered such as utilities, IT/Telco, retail etc.
