Telesales Executive – Birmingham + Salary: £28,000 + Perry Barr, onsite 5 days/week.

We’re on the hunt for ambitious, confident communicators to join as Telemarketing Executives — people who love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting results.

You’ll be the vital link between inbound interest and our on-the-road Field Sales Managers. To qualify leads, schedule appointments, and uncover new business opportunities — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Following up warm enquiries
  • Prospecting new leads
  • Chatting with customers online
  • Coordinating with your sales colleagues out in the field
  • Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Managers
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and live web chat enquiries
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Sharing updates and insights with the field sales team

Proven experience in a customer-facing environment — whether that’s B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or call centre work. Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and databases.
