We’re on the hunt for ambitious, confident communicators to join as Telemarketing Executives — people who love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting results.
You’ll be the vital link between inbound interest and our on-the-road Field Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and uncovering new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Following up warm enquiries and prospecting new leads.
- Chatting with customers online and coordinating with your sales colleagues out in the field.
- Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Managers.
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live web chat enquiries.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Sharing updates and insights with the field sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment — whether that’s B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or call centre work.
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and databases.
