B2B Sales Executive – Birmingham (Office-Based)

Salary: £27,000 DOE

Pitch is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a growing Birmingham-based client as they expand their dynamic sales team. We’re on the hunt for ambitious, confident communicators to join as Telemarketing Executives — people who love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting results.

You’ll be the vital link between inbound interest and our on-the-road Field Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and uncovering new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Following up warm enquiries and prospecting new leads.
  • Chatting with customers online and coordinating with your sales colleagues out in the field.
  • Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Managers.
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and live web chat enquiries.
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Sharing updates and insights with the field sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment — whether that’s B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or call centre work.
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and databases.
