We're working exclusively with one of the Midlands' most successful ecommerce businesses as they continue to invest heavily in their digital marketing function. With ambitious growth plans and customers across multiple European markets, they're looking to appoint a Senior PPC Executive who can take ownership of paid search activity and help drive the next stage of their digital growth.

The Opportunity:
As the Senior PPC Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring activity delivers maximum return and contributes to ambitious revenue targets. Working alongside the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and continually test new ideas to improve efficiency and increase conversions. You'll collaborate with Ecommerce, SEO, Data and Development teams to improve landing page performance, attribution and the overall customer journey, while also acting as a go-to person for PPC knowledge within the wider team.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who already has experience managing sizeable PPC budgets and is confident making data-led decisions. You'll ideally have experience with:
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Shopping campaigns, Search and Performance Max
- Bid strategies, audience targeting and conversion optimisation
- Google Analytics 4 and reporting tools
- Campaign analysis and performance reporting
