Pitch is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded property, retail and destination brand to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their Birmingham-based team. This role will lead the strategic and tactical development of multi-channel marketing plans across a diverse and high-profile portfolio.

Our client plays a significant role in the ongoing development and regeneration of Birmingham. Their current portfolio includes a range of landmark projects spanning residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments and destinations.

With a strong heritage and a forward-thinking approach, the organisation is known for its collaborative culture, inclusive values and commitment to quality. They are seeking a like-minded individual to lead, shape and drive their marketing activity.

What would you be doing day to day?

  • Developing and delivering a strategic, multi-channel marketing plan
  • Implementing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, from events and activations through to social, digital and high-quality creative
  • Managing a Marketing Assistant, as well as agency relationships and briefing processes
  • Taking a hands-on approach in your specialist areas while selecting agency partners to support in others

What experience are we looking for?

  • This role would suit someone who has worked in a stand-alone marketing position. Experience within property, placemaking, leisure or destination marketing would be advantageous.
  • Crucially, you’ll be able to plan and deliver campaign activity, take responsibility for execution in your specialist areas, and confidently manage agency partners.
