We’re on the hunt for ambitious, confident communicators to join as Customer Support Representatives — people who love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting results.
The Role
You’ll be the vital link between inbound interest and our on-the-road Field Sales Managers.
Your mission? To qualify leads, schedule appointments, and uncover new business opportunities — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
No two days are the same.
One minute you’ll be following up warm enquiries, the next you’ll be prospecting new leads, chatting with customers online, or coordinating with your sales colleagues out in the field.
It’s fast-paced, varied, and incredibly rewarding.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Following up warm leads and confirming key decision-makers.
- Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Managers.
- Generating new leads through outbound calls and research.
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live web chat enquiries.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Sharing updates and insights with the field sales team.
- Sending follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
What We’re Looking For...
- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment — whether that’s
B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or call centre work.
- Confident, professional, and a natural communicator (verbal and written).
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and databases.
- Polished, proactive, and motivated by targets and teamwork.
