Office Administrator Location: Job Type: Full-time We are a well-established air conditioning and refrigeration company based in Wicklewood, providing installation, service and maintenance solutions to commercial and domestic customers. We are looking for an organised, professional and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers while providing essential administrative support across our Service, Sales and Accounts departments. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist the Accounts Department with general administrative duties. Manage emails, post and general office correspondence. Carry out a range of general office administration tasks. Friendly, professional and confident on the telephone. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous office administration experience is preferred, although full training will be provided. Full-time, permanent position. Competitive salary, dependent on experience. Free on-site parking.
