Weekend: 8am–10pm

Evening: 4pm–10pm

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes

Assist with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, medication prompts, meal preps and companionship

Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

Prepare meals and assist with meal planning

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Previous experience in social work or home care is preferred

Qualifications

Ability to drive and have/ access to a car with a valid driver\’s license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow directions
