We are a well-established F&B company in Singapore looking for a hands-on and driven Store Manager to lead our outlet and team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate and manage the team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards
- Work on the front counter and support daily sales activities
- Plan and manage staff rosters (scheduling)
- Handle and manage social media presence (content, promotions, engagement)
- Perform basic computer and admin tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail / F&B store management – strong advantage
- Sales-driven with strong business mindset
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with computers and basic systems
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment (including counter work)
