Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a UGC Operations + Talent Management Specialist. The specialist will oversee day to day talent operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication between models, creators, and clients. Responsibilities include managing projects, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to sales initiatives and talent relationships. The role requires strategic planning, problem solving, and maintaining excellent service delivery standards.

Role Overview
The UGC Operations & Talent Manager is responsible for:
- Managing all job applications
- Screening and qualifying sales & lead gen candidates
- Conducting first stage interviews
- Coordinating onboarding
- Running weekly team briefings
- Maintaining operational discipline across Slack & Notion
- Monitoring sales KPIs
- Protecting brand tone & internal standards
