We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our YOPO Zaytoun at The Mandrake Hotel located in the heart of Central London. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the hotel's revenue potential from our outlets, ensuring high standards of service, and creating a restaurant that everyone wants to experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments within the hotel and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of our restaurant operations are executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities
