We are hiring! We are seeking an outgoing and competitive Trade Counter Trainee. We are looking for self-motivated people who can work well as part of a team. We would prefer experience in a mechanical plant or engineering background and will offer training for the right person.
- Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the centre
- Provide quality, prompt and courteous customer service
- Always be well presented and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Provide customers with the required services, such as:
- sale of off-the-shelf products
- sale of custom Pirtek hydraulic hose assemblies
- arranging for technician visits to customer premises
Previous experience in a technical/engineering environment advantageous but not essential.
Educational requirements: GCSE in English and Maths advantageous.
