We are looking for a Operations Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit.

Pirtek is the market leader in the field of onsite hydraulic hose replacement. Established over 30 years ago in Crawley, we specialize in mobile on-site service and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings.

Our new Operations Manager responsibilities will include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Design strategy and set goals for growth

Control budgets and optimize expenses

Oversee day-to-day operations

Direct the employee assessment process
