This is a player-coach role for someone who enjoys building as much as selling. You will lead and develop our UK sales efforts, establish a repeatable and scalable go-to-market approach, and personally support strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities.
You will work closely with Pirros’ U.S. leadership and partner across Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to ensure we are effectively serving architecture, engineering, construction, and design firms throughout the UK. The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS sales leadership with the entrepreneurial mindset required to build a market. You are comfortable operating with autonomy, creating structure where needed, developing relationships across the industry, and staying close to customers and deals.
What You’ll Do
- Own Pirros’ UK sales strategy, revenue plan, pipeline development, and new customer growth
- Lead, coach, and develop the UK sales team as the organization grows
- Carry an individual revenue target and personally lead strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, partnerships, events, and marketing programs
- Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations through negotiation and close
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build relationships with technical users, business leaders, and executive decision-makers
- Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability across the UK sales organization
- Develop accurate forecasts and monitor pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall sales performance
- Build and continuously improve the processes, messaging, playbooks, and enablement resources required to scale the UK market
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer journey and share market insights
- Represent Pirros with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders throughout the UK
What You’ll Own
- UK revenue performance — Consistently meeting or exceeding new business and growth targets
- Market development — Expanding Pirros’ presence, reputation, and customer base throughout the UK
- Pipeline generation — Maintaining sufficient, high-quality pipeline to support revenue goals
- Team performance — Coaching and developing a motivated, accountable, and high-performing UK sales team
- Strategic opportunities — Personally driving important, complex, and high-value deals to successful completion
- Forecasting accuracy — Providing leadership with a reliable and transparent view of pipeline and expected revenue
- Sales execution — Creating a disciplined, repeatable, and scalable approach to winning customers
- Market intelligence — Ensuring Pirros understands the needs, priorities, objections, and buying behaviours of UK customers
What We’re Looking For
- Significant full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including experience leading or developing salespeople
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue targets
- Demonstrated success building pipeline and growing a new market, territory, or regional sales operation
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth environment where you helped create processes, structure, and go-to-market strategy
- Strong coaching, leadership, and performance-management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong discovery, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience selling technical workflow, collaboration, document-management, or vertical SaaS products
- Strong forecasting, pipeline-management, and sales-analytics capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- A value-driven approach focused on customer outcomes, long-term relationships, and solving meaningful business problems
- Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
- Based in or able to work regularly from London office
Nice to Have
- Experience selling software to architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, Revit, or AECO customers
- Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, design-production, or construction workflows
