Responsibilities
- Build and manage a specialist interim desk within your chosen sector, developing deep, long-term client relationships.
- Source, assess and present high-calibre interim executives for mission-critical mandates, often at short notice.
- Advise clients on market conditions, day rates, talent availability and interim solutions as a trusted partner.
- Manage full assignment lifecycle: briefing, search strategy, candidate selection, offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
- Contribute to wider practice and international projects within the global group.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Life Sciences.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of developing and growing client relationships.
- Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Credible, polished communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and interim executives.
- Ambition to transition into a structured, professional search environment with clear training, tools and career development.
