What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates in industrial, tech, and energy sectors.
• Identify and place top talent in permanent and contract roles.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends to advise clients and candidates effectively.
• Work closely with our leadership team to grow your desk and achieve your career goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or strong interest in industrial, tech, or energy sectors; recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A proactive, resilient, and target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
