Studio Assistant – Dalston & Hackney
We are hiring a Studio Assistant for an exciting role that offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about music. You will be involved in the daily operations of our studios, ensuring smooth running and a positive experience for artists.
This is an 8-hour contract working on Saturdays and Sundays, ideal for those seeking flexible hours to accommodate other commitments. The role involves working at our studios in Dalston and Hackney Wick.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resetting studios between sessions to prepare for the next artist.
- Proactively testing equipment to identify issues early.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to address room issues or repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service as the on-site representative of Pirate.
- Maintaining organized and tidy staff areas to promote safety and a positive environment.
- Ensuring the availability of spare equipment to enhance customer experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys helping artists and providing excellent service.
- Has experience repairing and maintaining musical equipment.
- Is flexible and reliable.
- Can work well independently and as part of a team.
