The Role – SENIOR GROWTH MANAGER
As our Sr Growth Manager, you’ll drive the strategies that bring more artists through our doors. We’re talking organic growth, paid channels, and finding creative ways to spread the word about what we do.
What You’ll Do
- Own our growth strategy across channels – from Meta and Google Ads to SEO and referrals
- Set up and optimise campaigns that actually work
- Make smart decisions about where our budget goes to keep acquisition costs down
- Team up with our brand and creative crews to make content that converts
- Figure out what works in each market as we expand globally
- Run experiments to unlock new growth channels
- Work with our data team to track what matters
- Keep the customer journey smooth by working with our service, ops, and tech teams
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got solid experience driving growth in a startup environment
- You know consumer marketing inside out
- You get how retention works and what drives it
- You can dive into data and come up with actionable insights
- You’re comfortable jumping between different marketing channels
- You can think big picture but also sweat the small stuff
- You’re hands-on and ready to solve problems before they become issues
- Bonus: You’re into music (we are too)
