Cleaners form an integral part of our on the ground customer facing staff. Working early mornings and weekends, they will be making sure that the site is clean, presentable and ready for customers' sessions. Specifically, they will assist with cleaning and re-setting studios, toilets and communal facilities. They will also support our Studio Assistants and Site Managers by reporting any issues with the facilities they encounter whilst completing their day to day duties. It's essential you have a strong positive work ethic and are happy to go the extra mile to ensure the site is clean and tidy.
What You'll Be Working On
- Cleaning and re-setting studios and equipment to ensure the rooms are always ready for each customers’ session.
- Making sure the kit is clean and presentable and reporting any breakages or suspected faulty equipment and/or potential facilities issues to the Site Manager.
- Cleaning and restocking toilets, communal areas and corridors.
- Keeping staff cupboards and work areas tidy, organised and safe at all times.
- Follow regular stock control procedures to ensure on site stock of cleaning consumables is always accurate and regularly replenished.
- Identifying any lost property and ensuring it is stored safely.
We're looking for
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to be flexible and reliable.
- Able to work using their own initiative.
- Be able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
- A can do attitude, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get “stuck in” to issues as and when they arise.
- A passion for music would be great but not required!
