Pirate is hiring for the exciting new role of Studio Assistant, a great opportunity for someone with a passion for music, to get your foot into the door of the music industry. No day will be the same as you'll get stuck into all parts of the day to day running of a music studio, playing a key role to ensure the studios are running smoothly and the artists that use Pirate have a positive experience!
We are offering a 16 hour contract worked across weekdays & weekends, so this role will be great for someone that likes flexible working to fit around their other life commitments. You will split your time between our studios in Wembley and Notting Hill.
You’ll be working on:
- Resetting studios in between sessions to ensure the studios are always ready for the next artist.
- Proactively testing equipment to pick up issues before anyone else.
- Work closely with our customer service team to escalate issues when rooms need attention or repair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being the on-site face of Pirate for our artists and helping out when needed.
- Collaborate with various teams, including customer service and marketing, to enhance the overall on-site experience for customers.
- Foster a sense of order and safety by keeping staff areas organised and tidy, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Play a key role in ensuring the availability of spare equipment for customer use, showcasing a dedication to a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
