Pirate is hiring for the role of Studio Assistant, ideal for someone passionate about music and eager to enter the music industry. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our studios, ensuring smooth running and a positive experience for artists. This is a 16-hour contract covering weekdays and weekends, suitable for someone seeking flexible working hours. You will split your time between our Wembley and Notting Hill studios.
Responsibilities include:
- Resetting studios between sessions to ensure readiness for artists
- Proactively testing equipment to identify issues early
- Working with customer service to escalate issues needing attention or repair
- Providing excellent customer service as the on-site face of Pirate
- Collaborating with teams like customer service and marketing to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining organized and safe staff areas to promote a positive work environment
- Ensuring availability of spare equipment for customers
Ideal candidate:
- Loves helping artists and providing excellent service
- Has experience repairing and maintaining musical equipment
- Is flexible and reliable
- Can work well independently and in a team
- Has a proactive, can-do attitude and is willing to get involved
What we offer:
- Salary of £11,523.20
