Pirate is hiring for the role of Studio Assistant, ideal for someone passionate about music and eager to enter the music industry. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our studios, ensuring smooth running and a positive experience for artists. This is a 16-hour contract covering weekdays and weekends, suitable for someone seeking flexible working hours. You will split your time between our Wembley and Notting Hill studios.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resetting studios between sessions to ensure readiness for artists
  • Proactively testing equipment to identify issues early
  • Working with customer service to escalate issues needing attention or repair
  • Providing excellent customer service as the on-site face of Pirate
  • Collaborating with teams like customer service and marketing to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining organized and safe staff areas to promote a positive work environment
  • Ensuring availability of spare equipment for customers
