Job Overview
Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring staff work safely, effectively, and efficiently in compliance with cGMP and aligned with business needs. Supports personnel management and setting work schedules, this includes ensuring optimal use of equipment, materials, and analysts to meet analytical demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision of laboratory operations and staff within their section.
- Allocate and monitor daily workloads and ensure adherence to testing schedules.
- Review and approve analytical data, chromatograms, and laboratory notebooks for completeness, accuracy, and GMP compliance.
- Ensure all analysts follow approved methods, procedures, and data integrity requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Review and support laboratory investigations and actions (OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA).
- Ensure timely release of test data, materials, products, and stability reports in accordance with business requirements.
- Manage the timely and effective closure of QMS actions within the QC team.
- Verify that instruments are qualified, calibrated, and maintained per schedule.
- Conduct or coordinate training and competency assessments of laboratory staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all laboratory activities.
- Escalate significant compliance or technical issues to the Laboratory Manager.
- Promote safety, housekeeping, and GMP culture in the laboratory.
