Job Description As a Lab Technician, you will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently and safely. Your expertise in troubleshooting, data management, and teamwork will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Project Support Excellence: Provide expert technical support for HPLC-based analytics, including troubleshooting equipment issues and refining analytical methods. Contribute to project documentation through meticulous data entry and comprehensive technical report writing, including CAPA implementation. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of manufacturing processes, encompassing decontamination, equilibration of equipment, and buffer preparation. Laboratory Oversight and Maintenance: Ensure the operational effectiveness of lab equipment through regular maintenance, calibration, and cleaning, particularly HPLCs. Manage laboratory consumables effectively by monitoring stock levels, maintaining the red card system, and coordinating procurement. Oversee and execute daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks to maintain an organized and compliant lab space, including managing waste/recycling and testing safety showers.
