Job Summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions - Morpeth is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Process Operator to execute and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  • Perform in-process checks and document all manufacturing activities accurately and thoroughly.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety regulations and participate in safety training programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Some experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, or a related regulated industry is preferable but not required.
  • Familiarity with GMP and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and batch records.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
