It features a Shell-branded large forecourt, a Shell Select shop, Costa Express, and a variety of Quick food options. We are looking for Customer Service Champions to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
